She spent less than 15 minutes on my hair. Took about 3 inches off. I asked for only 1 to 2 inches. I left crying.

Kim did an incredible job. Not only did she do what I asked she also gave me a lot of options and suggestions. I had a great time laughing with the ladies in the shop. If there was anything I could change is this place needs a major cleaning. Instead of some of the other staff running out or sitting around. As they say if you got time to lean you got time to clean. And did I mention all of this didn't cost an arm and leg like so many talentless shops in the area want to charge. Would definitely recommend Kim to everyone.
