I’ve been going to Stacy for over ten years, and wouldn’t let anyone else do my hair.Just ask my roots. I love it that she has my color down so that when I do walk in it’s not a guessing game it’s perfect every time. My hair is really long really long and I’m not rich so there’s times when I can’t go back right when I need to, Which makes a lot more work on Stacy!!! She never complains or not to me anyway. Just kidding!!!! Lol she never does and she knows her stuff!! So if you want it done right the first time go to Stacy you will love it And before you know it you will be a valued customer and make you feel like family. When I first started her babies were little matter a fact she didn’t even have her son today her daughter turns 16 unbelievable we’re talking about getting her a car today

Cancelled on last minute then stood up the next time by Kendra. Her complete lack of respect and caring about her patrons time is appalling. I text her three times over 3 weeks just to get an appointment then she cancelled 5 hours before the Thur appt then said the soonest she could get me in was Monday. Due to delays in getting an appt, I was up against a deadline to get my hair done for my birthday so I nicely explained that unfortunately could not wait till after the weekend and I requested she recommend a colleague. Instead of doing the right thing and just recommended someone, she said, I can get you in on Friday. I thought she was sincere and I gave her one more shot, I text her after arriving early. I asked my stylist for a natural strawberry blonde with a picture reference included. It was the exact opposite. Very unnatural and chunky. I cried for hours. I got an unblended candy apple red with blonde pieces. I’m getting it fixed by someone else in a few days.

I have been coming to Creation Salon for a few years. Stacy is so good at what she does and always very happy!! I highly recommend her!!
