😭😭😭I had bad layers and asked to fix them without cutting length and short lady with blond hair attended me.She was very friendly but did not fix my hair😔. She used shears which I did not request, saying it would be easy to flat iron my hair . My biggest mistake was not knowing what it was used for nor did she say they were "thinning" shears .. Ive been crying my eyes out since yesterday. My hair is by my collarbone now and feels like my old hair when I was one year old ..thin and can't even put it in a bun ..I'm heartbroken... she kindly refunded my money back . Doesn't make it better but if u do not want to be devastated n unsatisfied pleaseee do not go their with her. Speaking from experience. Impatiently waiting now for my hair to grow back and it's only day 2 .....😭😭😭

I went to.this place to get my hair done and I was assisted for a blond hair lady .She did a horrible work on my hair. I had to go to another place and fix it . Really bad experience . I do not recommend this place and of course I do not recommend this lady

Just needed a simple and quick haircut. Google says you're open, the sign on the door says you're open, the door was open and the sign was on. Lady walks over turns the sign off and tells me they are closed. Nice
