Cream Nail Bar

I brought my niece in today so we could both get our nails done! While we always have a great experience at Cream, today was exceptional. We arrived for appointments on time and they took us right back! The receptionist and all techs were so welcoming and sweet! The salon was clean and aesthetic, as usual, & in my short time there I saw thorough sanitation practices, techs supporting techs with encouragement and training, and the new jelly pedicure was so cool to watch the customers enjoy! We had one tiny hiccup by the end of my niece’s appointment and the only reason I mention this is because the way Tram and the Cream Nail Bar team handled the situation was remarkable. They were so gracious in their resolve. We left feeling heard and taken care of! And as always, my nails looked fabulous

Gabbie paid extreme detail to how I wanted them and what I wanted and the conversation was the cherry on top! I have found my new nail tech & she’s only 5 mins from my house 🥰

I got my nails done here for my wedding and they were PERFECT! They have fantastic attention to detail and you can tell they really want to do excellent work. I am so pleased and so sad to not live in this area, otherwise I’d go more often. They are appointment based, so be aware of that before just showing up. And they are strict with the no-show policy as well, just so you’re aware. But I had to cancel appointments before and just made sure to do it in advance- before 24 hours prior. I had no problems. Would 100% recommend!

This is the first place I've been to in Virginia. The place is really cute and clean. All the staff members that I encountered were nice and patient. I don't know how nail prices average out to be around here but coming from Atlanta, these prices were a little steep. I paid 55$ for my gel full set here. I'll be back in the future!

Had a great experience my nails needed SURGERY done to them and Deane (sorry if misspelled ) DID the most PERFECT procedure! Assisted me with color,ideas and took GREAT care of me i satisfied! Didn't have to wait long either...Great Job CREAM NAIL BAR i WILL BE BACK!!
