This place doesn’t answer calls I answered and they were highly disrespectful i just wanted to find a hair spray for halloween 0/10 would not recommend

Ignorant and disrespectful. Staring at customers like they about to steal when they aren’t is just dumb.

The service here is usually always terrible, the people are rude and they overcharge for their products. But, the store does have a lot of products and the store is very big. I would recommend just ordering directly online for affordable and quality products, but if you urgently need products this store has a wide variety of things. But overall their service is terrible, very rude and they do not like to help people.

If it's close to closing time, DO NOT GO THERE. the workers aren't dependable and will close the store when they feel like they're done serving customers. arrived at 5:50 on a 6pm close day and myself and a group of other customers at the front door were absolutely ignored when we knocked and noted the time. I went because it was conveniently on my way home but I feel confident sticking to 'ICON Beauty Supply' in Clifton Heights. ICON is huge and the workers are cool.

Fire alarm was going off continuously for at least 5 minutes. Indian man at register accused a customer of stealing. While checking out, I asked the Indian man about the alarm and why it was going off. He completely ignored Me. I put down what I was going to buy and left. Will never go back there. You have no respect for your customers and can't even answer simple questions? No thanks.
