I met Ana when she was working as one of the top stylists at Dramatics NYC salon. This was 22 years ago and when she left Dramatics to start Craze Salon, I followed. The prices are great and I believe the service is good, but certain amenities she started with have been wisely discontinued and for good reason. The location is not generous to the salon despite the fact that Ana provides high quality work for less dollars. The waits can be long and perhaps the towels need to be upgraded, but what she lacks in amenities she makes up for in experience. Ana knows hair and she is trained. She is not a hairdresser, she is a hair stylist. She is also a color specialist. I can't speak from the female perspective, but I have been to many a high end salons where I dont get sage advice or where I dont

I dyed my hair for the first time here! I dyed it purple and it turned out STUNNING. Ana gave me my haircut and told me not to dye my roots bc it will break/ dry them out. My appointment was at 2:30 and the whole process ended around 8:15pm. The wait was long but it was fun and she recommended this conditioner which kept my hair bright!

Terrible service, I guess these lazy women don’t wanna make money. All they wanna do is sit there and gossip. The beautiful thing about living in Queens is that there’s so many other places that are willing a to work. Never again

I love Ana and her magical hands, i beeen coming to her since 2014 , i drive all the way from long island to come to her and the drive and wait are worth it .

Please avoid this place.The owner Ana is very rude and is only nice and helpful to Latino customers.You will go inside for a trim or blow dry and be there 4-5 hours.she’s very rude and disrespectful towards customers she’s not friends with. She doesn’t take her time to cut dead ends . All her materials are cheap and her hair towels smell and old.
