I have a chronic fracture at L4/L5 and L5/S1 that I recently re-injured. The pain got so bad I couldn’t lean back or forward, roll out of bed, sit up, or stand up on my own. The inflammation was even making my left leg collapse. After almost a week of this I had finally started using a cane just to get around. I’ve been seeing Erin weekly for a couple months now, and when I came in this time she adjusted the session to focus on what was going on with my back. I noticed a difference right after the appointment and things continued improving over the coming hours and days. I was able to put the cane away the same day, regained my mobility, had a significant reduction in pain, and healthier posture. I’m really grateful for Erin’s skill and care.
