Cranberry Nail Spa

I’ve been going to this salon since I was 14 (now 20) and I have never once left unhappy! They always exceed my expectations and do my design better than the pictures. Everyone there is so kind & welcoming, and I get compliments on my nails daily! I recommend this nail spa to any & everyone who asks!

Today’s visit is what I call atrocious! We booked an appointment for two pedicures for 430. We sat for 15 minutes before someone came on and turned the water on. Then at 5 PM I have to walk off the chair and talk to someone saying that they could fit me in at 5:30 My advice is to blow these guys off!!! Disrespectful!!! Top it off one of these people took a customer that walked in the door while we were seated for 15 minutes already. There are other places in the in the town they may service she needs better.

When my father and I got there they were instantly saying hello and welcome in. My father got a pedicure for the first time and he said that it is one to remember. The lady that worked with him was super gentle and very kind. The man who worked with me was the same, both were very attentive to what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier! If you’re in the area I recommend getting your nails done here because they really do care about you leaving happy!

I would give zero stars if it let me. This place is TERRIBLE! Run as far away as you can. They cannot apply dip powder properly. See the pics for all the evidence you need. This was 4 days after application…. Edited to add that I never said you don’t work hard, I get my nails done every two weeks. Your tech didn’t apply it properly AT ALL. I asked her if she would rather use your dip powder, she said no, that mine was fine. This application was not at all acceptable and yes, I did ask for a refund because there was no way I was going to give you another chance to ruin my nails. They all broke and were very thin thanks to your lack of knowledge. Never again. My review is very accurate, thank you very much. You just don’t like the review because the truth hurts.
