Crailyn has the most blessed hands ! Not only does your hair grow fast when she cuts them, but she cuts hair so beautifully. I had a bad experience at another salon where they chopped my hair. Crailyn took that hair cut, and gave me the best hair cut ever. I am so grateful I found this place. I come all the way from Bronx, NY! So just know it’s THAT good. I recommend everyone here ! 11/10 !

I can honestly say this is the only salon I trust with my hair. Every visit feels like a treat from start to finish. The team is warm, welcoming, and always remembers me, which makes the whole experience feel so personal. What I love most is how they genuinely care. They take their time, they make sure you’re comfortable, and they really want you to love your hair. It’s more than just a salon… it feels like self-care, relaxation, and good vibes all in one place. My hair is short and I needed to get it trimmed. I had an 8am appointment. When I showed the owner my hair (short pixie cut) she closed her eyes and chuckled. She continued to ask me “why?” She seemed bothered and bias by her behavior. She stated she was shocked. I told her “everyone has a preference” and she continued to also state her mind. Although she said she would provide the service (with an attitude) , I found her behavior and comments very unprofessional and very rude. I just needed to get my hair done, not to get embarrassed by the owner of the salon in front of people. The sad part is that I spoke very highly about her. Crailyn has magic in her hands. I decided to cut my own hair…botched it and took it to Crailyn. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed my vision to perfection. I have long thick hair many people don’t understand how to cut so this was huge and the blowout was amazing. The atmosphere in the salon was also fun, everyone was kind and having a good time.
