CP nails

Hate to bad rap a local business, but this was a second chance visit today for my birthday. Needless to say, I am officially truly done with CP Nails. They just aren’t the same. All 3 of us ( my daughter and mother) left VERY upset. First off, my tech RUSHED and he wouldn’t for the life of me listen. I needed cut down and he argued. He nicked me 3 different times and no I’m sorry just yanks me back by hand telling me to sit still. Then when I pointed out the blood he dabbed on something that BURNT like crazy. Fast fwd to the end my nails are uneven and jagged. They look NOTHING like what I wanted. And again, this was for my bday and at this point I don’t even want anyone to see my hands lol Then my poor mom has her worst pedicure and was in pain by the time we were done. Cue to my daughter

Kevin always does a great job. All of the staff is great and very helpful.

I've went here for about a year and half, everyone is so polite. I got a fill in with 1 needing replaced this time and I was in and out in like 35 or 40 minutes, which I thought was good. I don't think it's ever took more than hour really. Also had my younger daughters nails done & filled once before, they were so tiny and adorable. And they got them painted a few times during my fills, they don't have much natural nail but they always look so cute. Overall really happy with CP nails!

The first time I went here, I loved my nails. I went in again 12 days ago for a pedicure and gel manicure with tips. The pedicure was great. The manicure felt extremely rushed. The lengths were uneven (I didn't realize until I left). There were air bubbles in two nails and within a couple days, I could see the different layers of gel. I lost one fake nail yesterday and another today and again, it's only been 12 days. I'm pretty disappointed. However, I have had a good experience before so I may try again.
