Cozy Spa & Massage

I randomly decided to get a massage, since I’ve had a tough week. I’m new to the area, and decided to try Cozy. Omg, best decision I have made! I was greeted so inviting. Everything was clean, and peaceful. Pani, my massage therapist did her thing!! I felt leaving brand new. My main issue is tension on my shoulders and neck and she listened to what I needed and made sure she got the knots out. When she walked on my back, I was so happy to have the weight on me. I’ve been trying to “crack my back” in a specific spot between my shoulder blades for like a week, when she applied pressure, all I heard was crack! I would definitely be going back. Thank you for a great experience !

Absolutely the best spa in Milford for both solo and couples massages. I recently had a deep tissue massage here, and it was hands down the best I’ve had since visiting South Korea. They use a technique where the therapist walks on your back, which allows for just the right amount of pressure. I’m a bigger person, so this was perfect for working out all the muscle knots. Highly recommend!
