Since it was a pay first type of scenario so I tried $80 for the half hour massage (focus on shoulders) and Linda from Shanghai really came through with a rejuvenating massage

A hidden gem spa that is amazing. Staff is polite and friendly. Chelsea is one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She worked out the knots in my back so there was no more pain. Overall it’s well worth the time to visit and feel refreshed and relaxed. I’ll definitely be returning there soon!

I called Cozy Spa to ask about availability and pricing, and I was told they had an opening right away. The person on the phone clearly stated that a 60-minute massage was $70 and a 30-minute massage was $50. When I arrived, I knocked on the door, and a woman opened it, only to tell me that if l wanted a massage today, the price was $100. I pointed out that I had just called and was quoted $70, but she insisted that I could only get a massage if I paid $70 + a $5 card fee + a $20 tip, all upfront before the service. To make matters worse, when I stepped inside, I saw that the front desk clearly displayed the price as $70 per hour. The service they give you is good but you are paying for 1 hour, and they give you 40min, apart from the tip it is mandatory $30, in total you pay $100x40min 👎🏼

Lyla did an amazing job. It was my first time coming here and it’s safe to say I will be returning soon. I could have not asked for a better massage. She was super attentive to my concerns and knew what she was doing. She really took her time to make sure I felt comfortable, checking up on me throughout the massage and was very communicative.
