Every time I go here the staff is so sweet and accommodating! They care about people and giving great services. I always book my appointments online ahead of time so I can get my preferred nail techs! Everyone’s kindness speaks volumes there, that’s one of my favorite things about Cozy!

I took my two year old here and they went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. So patient and kind. Really so impressed with this establishment. 20/10 I can’t wait to bring her back. I got nails and basic pedicure down by Mimi. I paid $150+ for my service not including tips. My nails are crooked and off center. The powder is uneven and nails are rough. There are rivets in the front parts that are hard to ignore. For the amount of money, the end result is subpar and I’m truly embarrassed to show off my nails. This isn’t my first time going here. The last few times she was very rude and condescending to my friends and mom. I went back because I have a forgiving nature. Will definitely not be going back. The prices don’t reflect the service provided.

This was my first time at Cozy Nails, and I had such a wonderful experience! Everyone there is so kind, friendly, and full of positive energy. The young lady who took care of me truly touched my heart with her sweet personality and caring spirit — unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she made my daughter and me feel so special. She’s not only beautiful on the outside but has such a beautiful heart as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and genuine kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅💖
