First time coming here and I’m very impressed and happy with the full set Stacy did for me. She took her time and did beautiful work. I will definitely be back 💅

My experience was great! Diane was very nice and did great on my pedicure. The nail salon was also very clean and relaxing with the dim lighting. I will definitely be looking forward to going back!

I just moved from El Paso and I was stressed about finding a good pedicurist! Well, I found one very close to home! I'm thrilled to have found Cozy Nail Lounge! It's lovely. The manicurist, Ms Jackie, did a great job on my pedicure! Thorough, yet, gentle! Thank you!!! ♡ Nice conversation, too!

I tried to get my nails done on the 19th of March. I went there after 3 pm. The technician kept holding my hands very uncomfortable, and I said it hurt and I felt uncomfortable over three times. She ended up hurting my left arm. She didn’t even asked me which shape I wanted to do. She just kept filing the artificial nails that I didn’t even ask to put them on. They do not have a manager who supervise the employees, or they are afraid of letting what they did to me to the manager. I’ve tried to talk to the manager over the phone several times, but they always said she’s not at office. I called over 5 times since that day. I asked her to get another technician, but the assistant manager (I don’t think she is the assistant manager because of her poor professionalism being the one and lack of

I went with a friend for her birthday and I’ll only speak on my behalf. I wanted a full set and pedicure. I had to show and explain what I wanted to at least 4 different people just to get the color I wanted on my toes. While doing my pedicure, the guy filed my nails for so long that I got a cut on my small toe. The full set wasn’t bad, I was expecting my real nails to get cut down to the same length and clean under the nails and the person doing my nails didn’t do that so when I left, I could still see dirt under my nails. There was also still a bunch of nail glue or acrylic stuff on my fingers AFTER the nails were done. I do think it was very poor.
