Cozy Massage

I booked on groupon. They were not courteous. Upon our arrival we spoke to someone that didn't ask our name.or anything. Once we got to the location No one greeted us when we walked in. The massage was pretty good. But after they stuck us in the sauna. No one came to check on us left us in there for 30 minutes. Finished there was two men standing in the hallway. I was waiting for the ladies to return but never did. So as we went to walk out the 2 men looked at us crazy as to intimidate us to leave a tip. Didn't mind leaving 1 that's why I had cash on me but when they stopped us looking crazy. I said No........

I noticed they had some negative reviews on here, but from my experience there, those aren't accurate at all. We were treated very well. Our masseuses, James and Amy, knew what they were doing, and it was a wonderful and very refreshing and relaxing experience. We had the couples massage with hot stones and sauna. I would highly recommend them. In fact, for the price I got it for on Groupon, it's an absolute steal!

10/10 – absolutely incredible! This was hands down the best couple’s massage we’ve ever had. The pressure was perfect—effective and relaxing without being painful. If you’re looking for a top-tier experience, this is the place!

Will not be returning to this massage parlor. This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. The pressure was painful, and the movements were rushed and overly fast, nothing about it felt relaxing. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even enjoy the session. The setup was also extremely unprofessional. The room was separated by four thin curtains and you could see right through the gaps. The masseuse kept leaving the area without fully closing the curtain, including when I went into the sauna, leaving me completely exposed. Anyone walking by would have been able to see me. To make matters worse, when I went to leave, they didn’t ask for a tip, they demanded one, as if it was mandatory, despite the poor service. I left a small tip, but only because they didn’t understand English well

The worst massage experience I have ever had. I receive massages biweekly and typically go to Bambú Massage, but they were fully booked today. The older gentleman with gray hair, whom I believe may be the owner, provided my service. Despite me clearly requesting light pressure due to prior reviews, he was extremely rough, and I had to ask him multiple times to ease up. Additionally, he left the room several times during my massage to attend to other customers, which was very unprofessional. The hot stones were excessively hot and uncomfortable. When the service concluded and it was time to pay, I left a $3 tip purely out of courtesy, as the service did not meet expectations. He reacted aggressively and raised his voice, criticizing the tip amount, which made the situation even more uncom
