Kristy is so knowledgeable and incredibly skilled at what she does! I came in with a lot of upper back and neck pain/tightness. Kristy listened to my concerns, offered well-educated suggestions, and provided me with the best care I have ever received during a massage. She incorporated trigger point release and cupping to address the deeper issues I was experiencing and managed to do so while still making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Kristy at Cove Bodyworks to anyone looking for a massage or deeper tissue treatments!

I got a 2 hr massage- amazing. She made my body and nervous system totally calm - which hasn’t happened in YEARS. She found all these spots in my back and shoulders and released them and they twitched! I felt better immediately. I also pre booked my next appointment. My first experience was amazing. Kristy listened intently to my concerns and really focused on my sore shoulder. She also followed up with recommendations for items I can use to alleviate pain. The space is so warm and inviting! Complete relaxation. It was a cold snowy night and it felt like a tropical paradise. I will definitely be going back.

I’m a weightlifter, so I’m in need of a practitioner who understands how to work with both chronic and acute pain. Kristy is excellent at working out the kinks in my body and checking in on what we want to focus and/or avoid that day. For me, the pressure she offers, gives me a lot of relief. For extra support, I always add cupping for my shoulders and upper back. I’ve been a customer of Kristy’s for 5 years and I couldn’t recommend a better massage therapist to visit.
