So Mad! I have been coming here for roughly the last 6 months. I canceled all of my future appointments today. My hair dresser Laura, has done a phenomenal job! She has rescheduled with me a few times but her quality is superb and prices are great! Sadly the girl working the desk this morning cost me as a client for her. I had an appointment yesterday, I showed up (these take me roughly 5-7 hours and 1 hour of driving of my busy schedule but totally worth the end result. I make time when she is able to fit me in scheduling is sometimes hard especially for a canceled appointment. Well we had a mix up on the scheduling Monday, a date was told wrong, that is fine, it would have to be Tuesday. Billie trimmed my 3-1/2 year old granddaughter's bangs yesterday and did an amazing job!! Best cut she's ever had! I'm driving from South Salem to take my other granddaughter to Billie to have her bangs trimmed today. That's how good Billie is!!

Just moved here 2 weeks ago. Court Street Hair was recommended to me. Absolutely loved it. Julie did an amazing job! My hair is the best it’s ever been. Julie is my new “go to” girl!

Billie did a great job on my hair. She blended in my grey with my new highlights very well. I love it and it looks great. She did a really great job and very reasonable prices too. Will deffently be going back.

I have tried multiple times on 3 different dates to try to reach someone for an appointment. First impression, front door mat to the side and unwelcoming entrance. The woman on the afternoon of May 31st was with someone and didn't acknowledge me for several minutes. When I asked about the inability to reach anyone, she said all the stylists have their own phones and answering the number that's advertised, is not her job. Being new to the area, I am not aware of the "business practices" in Dallas. I stated I have been rather desperate for a haircut to which she replied "yeah, I can see that". I wouldn't go to this salon for anyone now with this snippy woman there. Too bad, I was looking forward to finding a place I could enjoy going to through my retirement.
