ZERO STARS Very unprofessional I have been going to this salon for years and nothing changes. Their braides are nice but they’re very unprofessional. I drove 2 hours to get my hair done and I waited three hours and still have not been seen. On of the hair dressers Mama asked me to buy her a Diet Coke and I did. Another hour passed still no service. Basically I drove 2 hours to buy a Diet Coke !

I went there to get my hair done last Christmas because my regular hair stylist was out of the country. My scheduled time was 8:30 am. I got there at 8:15 am. I Sat and waited for about 20 mins. When I got to the chair, I told her what I wanted. She started with my hair around 9:15 am, and I did not leave until 9:30 pm. The level of dissatisfaction I left from that experience and my hair prevented me from getting my hair braided again for 7 months. During my 12 hours sitting in that chair, she spent more time on the PHONE and TALKING to other hair stylists. At one point, she left for a few mins, then came back, then an hour later, she took a 30 mins lunch while I was sitting there. Hair prices are reasonable, customer service is great. My kids and I have been going here for years, never disappointed.

Mamasy did an exceptional job concerning my micro braids. She was very personable as well as professional in her craft and with regard to every aspect throughout the day. Friendly environment and talented stylists.
