1st photo is what I got, 2nd is what I asked for. Too short and kept thinning out. Only looked at picture once and I sled before we started can you do this style? Yes. You have people working for you that don’t listen. I was willing to give you a second chance, you don’t learn. Please listen to your customers I suggest you go somewhere else if you’re a lady

My four year old son and I both got our hair cut together here, at the same time (first time he’s sat by himself for one). He had a scheduled appointment luckily they were able to squeeze me in when we showed up. Friendly, professional staff, quality haircuts, and very reasonable pricing. Both stylists we had were very nice and did a great job for us! They handled my squirmy son so well - I was very impressed. We will be back for future haircuts and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality haircuts!

My husband brought my son in yesterday for a haircut. We made the appointment online and then the girl who was supposed to cut his hair wasn't even in. Another girl cut his hair and it wasn't done very well. We will have to pay and find another person to fix what we already paid for.

0 stars. Left unsatisfied. Beard and hair all uneven. Lengths not the same as requested. Would’ve been better off without this experience. Will not be returning ever again.

My first time at Cost Cutters and it was a positive experience. Easy to book and no waiting. Abby was pleasant to visit with and she did a great job.
