I tell them my hair troubles and they can help me how to manage my hair.. without fussing with it too much in bathroom for hours trying too many products ask them to show you the best ways to style your hair.. everyone is different!

This was my first time coloring my hair/being to a salon. I was glad to have someone like Alicia to take on this task. She was awesome and helped me decide what I really wanted to do with my hair. She gave me options and understood my nervousness with excitement. I will definitely be going back to her for any of my hair needs.

I had an appointment at 11, I got there at 11:06. Mind you I’m huge and pregnant with a major back injury so I was limping alone as fast as I could. When I got there, at 11:06 I was refused my appointment SOOOOO RUDELY, I asked very politely what was the appointment grace period and she said 10 minutes. I showed her my phone to show her i was not 10 or more minutes late, and she said “well your appointment was at 11 not 11:10 and we’re fully booked today so I can’t help you” as I was holding back tears, because I was looking foward to my first hair cut in 3 years, I turned around and left. Not even an apology or even any human decency, it was pretty sad considering I usually bring my kids in regularly, that won’t be the case anymore.

Was a fantastic experience! Was able to schedule my appointment and be in and out of there in 25 minutes! They did a great job, great haircut.

Great experience getting a haircut. They gently use their instruments and are good at carefully listening to your haircut needs. Definitely recommend them
