I called in at the last minute and got an appointment within the hour. Rachel was amazing! She gave great advice but was totally open to my preferences. Salon was immaculately clean. She spent quite a bit of time, was meticulous about layers, and made sure I left with a bit of product to make my hair look great. Wonderful experience and I’ll be back! :)

I walked in to see if I could have a straight 1 inch trim of the ends of my long hair. My hair is thin and one length, thus it would take literally 2 minutes. Their normal rate for a haircut is $26, so it seemed reasonable that they may consider trimming my hair for less. The woman at the front desk said, “No, it’s all the same amount of work for us.” I politely replied, “Um, not really in my case.” The woman then said in a rude and condescending tone “Yes REALLY.” Wow. If you want customers, this is definitely not the way to go about it. Obviously, I will never come here, and I will warn others about my experience. I completely understand if they have a strict policy about haircut prices, but this woman could have shared that policy in a professional and polite manner. 👎👎

Been getting my haircut here for a few years now. They (shout out to Sheri and Erica) do a terrific job. The place is clean, especially now in the time of Covid-19. You can schedule an appointment and they take your temperature before you can get a haircut. The cost of the haircut is easy on the wallet, too.

Made appointment for color & cut, but had to wait another 40 minutes for a stylist to take me to a chair. She did a decent job on the color, but not on the cut. Seemed like she needed some updated training. No receptionist there until later so stylists kept having to leave clients in chairs to work the desk....Not professional.

I got a haircut with Sheri the owner about 3 weeks ago. It was my first time there and I asked if they knew how to do fades. A co-worker responded saying that sheri was an expert. When Sheri started on my hair she asked me how I wanted it and never checked back with me on how it was looking. She took less than 10 minutes and when she was done she didn't even show me the results. When I got home i checked in the mirror and was very disappointed that it hadn't turned out how I wanted. Seemed like she didn't care how my hair looked as long as it was cut. I tried talking to her at work and wasn't there every time I went. I left my Phone number about 5 times and till this day waiting on her phone call. I would not recommend this place to get a simple haircut yet alone rely on her customer servi
