Cost Cutters

If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter recently had shoulder surgery and simply needed her hair washed since she couldn’t shower. You’d think something that basic wouldn’t be an issue. Instead, the staff acted completely taken aback—like it was an outrageous request. They even had to ask around to see if it was “allowed,” and made it clear they couldn’t do anything “fancy.” That should’ve been the first red flag. They eventually agreed, but the service was unacceptable. Her hair was barely washed—parts underneath weren’t even wet. They half-dried it and then styled it into something straight out of the 1970s. And then charged her $50 for what was essentially a partial wash, partial dry, and a ridiculous style. She didn’t complain; she just came straight out to the truck.

I have only left a bad review, maybe one other time in my life, but this needs to be known. I had a haircut and style on April, 30. I should have known it was going to be bad, when it took her 2 full hours to cut and style my hair. So I washed it this morning and it is uneven, and there are still strands that are longer than the rest. Very disappointed! I am amazed that this girl has a license!

Best hair cut experience I've had. Listened to my requests and worked with me to make it look great. Such a nice person and I came out feeling so good with my haircut and styling. I loved it!

The girl who cut my hair put a layer in the back that I didn't want and cut off some of my back to make it into sides and now it doesn't blend in and I have to get more taken off the back now and my hair was long
