Cost Cutters

I want to start by saying how grateful I was that the staff was able to squeeze us in last minute. It’s two days before Thanksgiving and everywhere else was booked or had extremely long waits, so I truly appreciated being taken in right away. That said, I am very disappointed with my son’s haircut. This is genuinely the worst cut he has ever received, and I’m not trying to be dramatic. I understand kids’ cuts aren’t always perfect, but I do expect them to at least resemble what was requested. We are taking family photos in 24 hours, and now I’m scrambling to find somewhere else to fix it—if it can even be fixed without just buzzing it off. I had not had my haircut in a long time and I was scared to let anyone new cut it. I had Micheal cut my hair and he did a phenomenal job. Check out the before and after.

This was my first time here and it was perfect. I have been a regular customer of GC and having me hair cut every 2 weeks. Today I tried 2 different GC’s and they both made me sit and wait more than 30 min after my appointment. I set up one here for 2:30 and was taking right at 2:30 and the stylist was amazing. I will now be a CC customer and will never return to the competitor.

I've been having my haircut every 5 weeks by the same stylist Elaina for the past 4 years. I have very fine thin hair and she does a great job.
