Cost Cutters

The girl was really really really nice , but I made the appointment just to do A root touch up. She messed up color matching . It came out blonde / orange looking , too light . She added a toner but it’s still way too light and looks red / orange and doesn’t match the rest of my hair . Ended up being pretty expensive and I don’t really like it . I was really wanting my hair to look nice . My natural is more of a dark ash brown, not red orange . And the gray isn’t covered

My Stylist was Alexis, she was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming and very nice. She made my hair look absolutely beautiful, my old hair color was dreary and full she made my new hair very vibrant and exactly what I wanted! I can't recommend her enough, and the lady's in the salon were very nice! I highly recommend cost cutters!

Alexis did a fantastic job with the coloring I wanted. She has always been very careful with technique and is friendly yet professional, explaining each step & answering questions about hair care. This is the 3rd or 4th time she had done a full foil on my hair & I am always very happy with the results. Already got several compliments on the color & I recommend this salon gladly. Edit to review….it’s now several months after the coloring procedure and the colors have gently faded to a lighter, even more attractive shade. Again….I am thrilled with the job done and looking forward to treating myself with a repeat (maybe different colors) for my birthday in February!

Hair Salonist ( Cutter ) was conservative with me all throughout the haircutting time. I appreciate the work she has done. Wonderful job. Great job.

I haven't gotten my hair cut in over 7 years due to bad experience I had last time I got hair cut. Lexi took time to make sure I was OK with the length. My hair had alot of breakage but didnt want to loose alot of my length and she was great. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was so happy when she was done. I feel like a new woman.
