Cost Cutters

I love Diane. She's been my hairdresser over a decade. She was able to squeeze me in with a hair cut and color. She listens, she's cares for her client needs.

I had an appt @ Cost Cutters (Timberline Rd) today, Wed 11/26 (1:30) with stylist Nicole. When I arrived, I experienced THREE (3) HUGE "basic business" customer service mistakes: 1) when I arrived (1:25), another customer had just walked in, in front of me. The gal working there asked him if he had an appt, and he said "no, he was a walk in". The stylist told me that since he arrived before me, I had to wait, as he (walk-in) now had priority, even though I told her that I had 1:30 appt???? 2) My appt was with Nicole, and I asked where she was, the stylist told me Nicole went home, as it was slow, and Nicole gave her my appt??? A phone call to let me know would have been basic courtesy, but I rec'd no phone call/notification??? 3) As I was talking to the only stylist working, I noticed

My daughter drives all the way from Greeley to go to this particular store. I found out why. The stylists are amazing! Kind, professional and so good at what they do!!

A dude missing the same front tooth as I am came in and, aside from also getting a great cut, that totally made my day. 12 stars easily.

I love my new haircut - Carolina did a fantastic job, and really listened to give me exactly the cut i wanted. She was really easy and fun to talk with, too! I feel valued, appreciated and like a V.I.P.
