Cost Cutters

Well I don’t know what I should even report here bc my bill was only SUPPOSED $45 - $27 for myself and $18 for my 3 yr old son …but ended up getting charged $100 now good thing I actually asked fire the receipt bc not only did she not tell me how much I was charged, she thanked me for the “generous tip” which was supposed to be only $10 (which I consider being kinda generous) .. and then once I noticed the blunder and brought it to her attention, it literally took the lady around 35 minutes to refund me the $45 it was supposed to still be on my credit card (however she thought that I was only supposed to recover $33 refund - you do the math - $18 + $27 +$10 =$67? In her eyes something is a little off here…but I finally got my $45 refunded to me at least on paper so far…so people please pa

Caylyn did a great job with my hair! I came in with a mess and left with a masterpiece! She is very kind and answered all my questions, gave me great styling advice, and helped me pick out a product perfect for my needs! I will definitely be returning!

Very little talk to find out what I wanted, did not wash hair, even though I told her I had product in it, so she reallyy didn,'t know how my hair (curly) hair fell, more a bowl cut than a bob - no layers. Blow dry was less than 10 seconds; I left the salon into the cold with my hair still wet from the spritz. $32 for what?

This was my first visit to this particular cost cutters. It was awesome. I think I may start coming to this one so I can have Trish cut my hair all the time. I got a great cut, she was very polite and easy to talk to. I am a regular costcutter customer. I've always thought their price, quality and stylists were great. Trisha added wonderful element of personal customer service to the experience too.

I tried to give myself a jellyfish hair cut.....I didn't do terrible. I will say my stylist fixed all my mistakes and then sprinkled a little of her own magic on my hair and.......I LOVE IT!!!! It came out better than I expected! Thank you so much!!! 10/10! Definitely a great place to get your hair done!
