Only cost cutters I've ever been to where you can't walk in and get a haircut. You need to make an appointment. But don't bother calling because no one will answer. So you need to make an appointment in person. I just scheduled a haircut with a local place instead with someone who answers the phone and can book online. 🤷🏻

The cost cutters in DeForest is a busy place and usually only has one person working, so usually bookings are a day or two out. But this week there were two staffers available and options for appts that same day. They were each very pleasant and professional. Several ppl came in and scheduled appointments while I was there and they were tended to quickly and treated courteously. The place was clean and they had a wide variety of hair products lining their shelves. I have never had a bad experience at this cost cutters! Highly recommend!

Cheyanne always cuts my hair perfectly!! She makes it exactly as I like it. Today she also took her time and did a great job on the eyebrows. Highly recommended!
