Cost Cutters

I went there for the very first time the gal that cut my hair had never cut it before. I was extremely nervous. I’ve only had two people cut my hair in the last 18 years. I was completely impressed how she was able to cut my hair exactly the way that I wanted it a big sore relief. I am extremely impressed and hands-down I would go back to her any time I am truly appreciative for how well she did on top of that. She was a very nice individual easy to talk to and easy to get along with a very true diamond in the rough.

I went for a haircut a while ago and I really liked the cut. I came back on December 31 for an end-of-year cut and even though I had booked online, there was no one to cut me, wait an hour and I left because no one attended me. Today, January 13, I returned to make the cut, which I already need, I had booked in advance, wait and my stylist was never available, and when I finished attending to the other person, he said it was time to close and for the second time I have returned home without my court. It is disappointing because I live quite far from Columbus and it gives me a lot of courage to drive to waste my time and gas. I have sent mail through their website and they only ignore my complaints.

I was not impressed, the stylist was very unfriendly and rude. I am 81 yr old and have very thin and short hair. She just kept asking how much did I want to cut off. I asked for it to be shorter on top because it was wavy, she was argumentative about that. No friendly conversation at all. It only took her 10 minutes for my cut and I felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of her chair. Very unprofessional through the whole experience and it cost me $24. I won't be going back there.

The person cutting my hair was very pleasant. It didn’t take very long to cut my hair even though she had to cut it twice to get the length I wanted. I was very pleased with how it went.

I just needed a simple haircut. Stopped somewhere else and the line was 45 min ‘super’ long. Popped into cost cutters to see if it was busy, not a customer there, two stylists doing some tasks by the products. I walked in and after a few minutes was instructed to sign in on the PC. I did, then stood for a few more minutes while they tidied up their stations. Finally one of them told me to sit down and with her eyes looked over toward a waiting area. I sat down, less than 30 seconds later was instructed to come sit in the styling chair. Ok good I’m in. The stylist asked me how short and to remove my glasses. She didn’t say another word to me the rest of the appointment. I paid when finished and left. The salon was cold, but I don’t think it had anything to do with the air conditioning. I fe
