Love this place, especially the hairstylist, Rayne! 🥰 Always so professional, fun and beautiful. Always has good scheduling to do my son's hairstyle. Washing, cutting and styling. Prices are excellent with wonderful service. Thank you and will see you again!

My experience 3 days ago at one location was no good. Hair got botched😔 But I did not loose faith in Cost Cutters. I knew they were better than that. Plus, the one that botched my hair, I found out later, is in training! So, I went to the location on Harbison Blvd, which happens to be in the same shopping center as my job🙌, and thank god for Lenora! She fixed my hair and got it exactly how I wanted it the 1st time. Ill be sticking with the Harbison location from here on out. But thank u Lenora and Cost Cutters. I knew I could trust yall! These 5 stars go to the Harbison location!!

I called ahead for pricing (it would be nice if you had it listed on your website). I spoke to Lenora and she was so nice and answered all my questions. I headed right over. I was in great need of having my split ends taken care of. When I walked in she greeted me and had two people to finish up. It didn't take her long and she took amazing care of me.

All around excellent experience! Everyone was energetic happy and helpful. I loved the lady that cut my hair and colored it. She knew exactly what to do.

This was my first visit to this Cost Cutters, a friend recommended Sherrayne to me. She did a quick trim when done she checked to ensure everything was even. I had a really good experience and booked another appointment with her. UPDATE: today was my 2nd visit & was just as pleased as the first. Rayne is very talented with her craft, friendly & does a wonderful job.... You can tell she enjoys what she does!!
