My wife was very satisfied. I myself was too. I didn’t get my hair done nor was not there when she did. But she was complaining and I asked where she went to and she said where ever I can fit in. So I just went and booked an appointment for her. She got in the next day and came home happy so you all made a happy husband
I brought an individual that I provide support for to have his hair cut and Tammy did an amazing job. The hair cut was great, she was very friendly and easy to talk to. We will definitely be returning for her to continue to cut his hair in the future!
This was the most horrifying haircut of my life! I would give it zero stars if I could. I asked for an inverted bob. It is so uneven and looks like a toddler did it. There are chunks missing! I’m not one to complain; but, this is embarrassing. They are going to attempt to fix it in two days. It’s so short and going to have to get shorter to be shaped. It wasn’t short when I went in.
I'm not being biased. ..we are one of the best salons in the area!! Most of the girls have been here for years,and I just want to say that we appreciate each and every person that walks in that door💗💗💗I read one review where it said that we weren't good at greeting and I have ALWAYS made sure that whoever walks in that door is greeted right away. Most of all THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who gave us good reviews!! We appreciate the feedback!! And any chance we have to make things better is truly appreciated!! We all love our jobs but we love our client tell even more and we want you to be happy!!
My appointment was for 1:20 PM. I showed the stylist what kind of haircut I wanted . She tried the first time . On the second time around, She was clearly frustrated and so was I. When she was done with the cut, I told her it still wasn’t right, and she said it was because it needed to be styled. She have asked styled it, and it was not coming out right and she said it was because it was too humid in there from the doors being open. She did not make me pay for my haircut, but I was clearly upset
