Cost Cutters

I thought there was a discount for seniors. I paid $19.95 plus I gave a $3 tip because I believe in tipping, but tipped less than normal because of the short, short cut. She didn't ask me how much I would like to take off and the cut is so short, shorter than I usually get. Didn't get her name. She didn't introduce me. She did tell me she is going to school to be a teacher. Obviously, she should get out of hair cutting. Sorry for the rant, but am truly unhappy. The name above is not me. That is my son. My name is Wanda.

The fade was well done but his hair stands straight up in the back while the front lays flat I’m not too impressed. She really didn’t have the knowledge on how to cut the colic. I don’t either but that’s why I had yall cut it. The more I look at his hair cut the more mad I get. Like. We paid for that!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Donna excellent job. I really like how she cut my hair. I will definitely be going back. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you cost cutters

Brittany did an amazing job. I had tried to cut my own hair. Yikes she was able to save it and gave no judgment. We had a good laugh. She did a wonderful.

I felt bad when I walked in. I was greeted but told they were running behind. It didn't take long to realize that she was the only stylist there at the time. She was awesome, from listening to her interact with other clients while I waited to how quick and perfectly she did my haircut. Jaede made what could have been a frustrating trip in great by her amazing service. Jaede if you ever read this I think you deserved a much larger tip the $20 I gave you but I hope it was appreciated and helped show you were doing amazing in a situation that was a little out of your control!
