Cost Cutters

I brought my 6 year old nephew in to get a certain haircut and Barbara did an excellent job. She was so good with him and told him what she was doing next so he knew. I will bring my nephew here and see Barbara from now on because she was great and he was so happy with the cut he got!

I have used the Agawam Cost Cutters for many years and normally make an appointment. I chose to be a walk-in yesterday, and Stephanie welcomed me and said she would quickly take care of me. 20 minutes later I walked out with a wonderful haircut, after friendly conversations with Stephanie and a great feeling of why I use this business and request Stephanie as my haircutter. Keep up the good job of making people feel like valued and loyal customers. It's why we come back with employees like Stephanie!

Friendly staff but didn’t listen to what I wanted. I needed a small touch up for smooth flowing layers for my curly hair and a small angle in the face. Layers are drastic and choppy and the front is so short. I can’t even put it all in a pony tail for the gym or work. I emphasized I needed to keep the length. I wear glasses so I couldn’t see what was being cut off. I asked to have it blow dried and it was diffused. I again emphasized I was attending an important work dinner after my appointment. It showed up like Shirley temple in the front and a mullet in the back. I will never go back.

Amazing cut! So good I booked my next appointment. Kayla is an amazing stylist and I would strongly recommend her!
