I recently visited your store for the first time the two women at the front desk were unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting me. Even when another customer asked if they were done helping me, they failed to provide any alternatives or explain the business offerings and immediately shifted their attention to the other customer. As if I wasn’t there. Their unprofessional and judgmental behavior, especially when I struggled to communicate my request in Spanish, left me feeling disregarded as a customer.

The best place ever!!!! It’s like a Disney world for the ones that love make up! (Like me) I went with my sister, she was planning to get a new business on the road and Johanna (our sales associate) was the most helpful person in the place. All of the staff is very friendly and they speak English and Spanish... this is a plus in Miami. The processing for the orders is really fast, and if you have to wait for the order they even offer you some coffee and water. This place is amazing and we will definitely be back soon visiting Johanna...

I am a reseller and I was looking for a place like this for a long time and I am glad I found it. They have such an amazing customer service and offer a tour in the showroom either in English or Spanish. They will assign you a sales agent that shows you their amazing products and give you advise. Their prices and products are everything. They are so affordable and you can make a great deal of money by wisely investing on what your target customers like. I can spend hours there or in their website. Absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend their service!
