I got my first ever facial yesterday & i was extremely excited. The lady who serviced me was Pakistani I believe I didn’t catch her name. When we were walking up the steps to the service room, she was holding the banister going up the steps I immediately laid down and she didn’t wash her hands before she started rubbing my face. Once she started to cleanse my face, she wiped it off and then put something else on my face while putting the steam machine close to my face. The steam was so hot. I really could barely breathe. Once that was done, she said to me that she was going to clean out my pores and right before she Did that I heard a Tink on the floor then she immediately picked it up and im almost positive thats the tool she used on my face. I want to also add that the hot towel she put

Ali is the stylist I had, very friendly, lots of knowledge about hair. She did a really good consultation, she understood everything I talked about. I got a color to cover up the roots I had. It’d had been over 3 months since I had it colored and a cut. I’m extremely pleased with my hair. I’ll recommend her and or the salon to others.

The atmosphere was calm, inviting and beautiful. Lacy the eye lash tech was fun, understandable and helpful. She made me feel safe in a new place and overall I enjoyed the time.

Had a 60 minute facial with Ally that was relaxing, thorough, and effective. My skin felt nourished and rehydrated. The experience was very pampering, and I would request the service again.
