Cosmos Beauty Supply (Windsor Mill)

I generally have a good experience when the owners are present; however, the new female cashier has an unpleasant demeanor. She is neither helpful nor friendly. Had difficulties finding a product that she didn't even attempt to help me find.

I went into this beauty supply store to buy items and the older lady that works there LITERALLY followed me around from isle to isle. When I asked her “Are you following me?” She said “No” and then continued to follow me around watching me as I kept putting items into my basket. Mind you there was other people in the store. I have NEVER been to this store before. I’m pretty sure she was racially profiling me. Not to mention I spent over $ 100.00 dollars in her store. I felt VERY uncomfortable and disrespected by this. I then forgot a few items so I had to go back to the store to get more items and the lady ONCE AGAIN followed me around the store watching over me and I said something again. She tried to act as if she didn’t understand English. The only reason I supported this store and

The new owner was amazing!!! He was very intuitive to my needs concerning the product that I needed (hair oil). Even though they didn't have the brand that I wanted he assured me that he will look into it. I felt confident that he would. I feel like they are perfect for the community. Keep up the marvelous customer service. 🤗

Wow, I absolutely love this store! As a stylist of 20 years I have walked into many beauty supply stores, but Cosmos is the best! Super friendly staff, organized store, a real rewards program! I will purposely shop here for my clients and family.

I love this store! I've been going there for a very long time. I enjoy the very large selections of items at reasonable prices. The owner and helpers are very friendly and know where every item is located. They are knowledgeable about their hair products, which I appreciate! It's a world of BEAUTY!!
