Absolutely unprofessional. From a professional, business standpoint, genuinely don’t understand. Typically order online and don’t go into beauty supply stores for this very reason, but happened to be traveling for business and thought would go for a run and explore the area. Typical experience when interacting with POC - passive aggressive, immature behavior, lack of communication skills, lack of professionalism. Asked for help after standing in the back of store and being ignored. Came to front of store, patiently waiting while 2 employees continued to ignore, never acknowledging my standing there, while ringing EACH other up. When finally asked if I needed assistance, was advised that someone would be called to assist. Went to back of store, waited, eventually speaking to someone w

Friendly and respectful owner. Was able to find needed items and was very courteous when informed that she had run out of 1 item.

Comes Beauty Supply is a great place to purchase everything and more uouvmay need for your beauty. I really enjoy going because they know how to treat their customers. I recommen they sy I re yo all my friends and family.

Very nice woman works there always greeting people and is kind. She tries to help and give advice when applicable. Not many (or any) beauty supplies in Bethesda so i drive all the way here to get what i need.

Wow i love this beauty supply store my absolute favorite. They always have what im looking for. Although the prices may be expensive, I believe they’re reasonable for the quality. The service is also very good as soon as i walk in the store they always greet me. I strongly recommend this beauty supply store if you’re looking for any! (I was not paid to post)
