Customer Reviews
I have been to this barbershop on/off for over a year. Never once have I had a very terrible experience - until today. I have gotten this lady with the side bang pixie haircut that sits on the far right of the entrance. This lady I have seen there for a while, but I never had her. I usually request a medium to low skin fade with a trim on the top when I get there so I thought that I would be okay. Lady completely ignored my request and ended up doing a very high fade with little hair remaining on the top. I explained to her nicely what she did wrong and she kinda just laughed it off. Not even a sorry. I called back after I left to express my concerns, they said will fix it and immediately hung up, but with the attached pictures, how could it be fixed? The only way it could be fixed was sh
Very poor experience! I said short haircut for my son- and she ran number 1 razor all around! My kids blasted in tears! Pay few bucks extra and go to some better salon. They only accept cash payments
Witnessed one of the most unprofessional moments I’ve ever seen at a salon. The lady who sits about five chairs down toward the back as soon as you walk in was blatantly picking and choosing who she felt was “worth her time.” If a customer didn’t look like they were going to leave a huge tip, she acted like they didn’t even exist. She straight-up refused to cut a customer’s hair and made the person look like they didn’t belong there. The whole thing played out in front of everyone—humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Cosmos should’ve stepped in long ago. A business that claims to care about customers shouldn’t tolerate someone who judges people the second they walk in the door. A salon’s job is simple: serve everyone with professionalism—not chase tips, play favorites,
Reasonable price, fast service, walk ins.. no need to wait for appointments
I came in for a haircut awhile back asked for 1-2 inches off no layers she gave me layers horrible layers really choppy didn’t blend didn’t even give me what I ask she just wanted to cut hair for fun. Will not be coming back.
