I wish I could give negative stars because they don't even deserve one star. The old lady with the pink and blonde hair always is rude and has terrible customer service. They need to get rid of her because she is just awful.

The service I received from the store's new manager and an older female employee was subpar, marked by unprofessional and rude conduct, including the manager's excessive use of authority and the employee's condescending demeanor.

Great service and my oil change was very fast! Didn’t they to upsell me or take advantage. They stuck to our appointment time!

I love that CosmoProf is close to me now! The girls that work there are always so nice and helpful!

This store is usually always stocked, super nice and the employees are great!! The manager is awesome and always fills me in on new products they have. Love this store!
