Jen Jen will always be my go-to person at this place! I will wait until she have a spot open! My nail retentions are awesome with her! They all stay intact❤️ I love every set that I have with her. She is so precise with her sets and design💅

I have been going to Cosmopolitan since 2021. I was never a nails girl, but soon became addicted after I started coming here. I go to Jenny every 2.5-3 weeks and I love how durable the dip manicure is. On top of that, Jenny is amazing at what she does. She pays attention to detail and listens to what I want. Her pedicure is also great, it always comes out beautiful. She is super gentle and has never cut me once- and my skin breaks/bleeds very easily! I have tried so many other nail salons in the past (all over Syracuse) and Cosmopolitan is head and shoulders above the rest. They are organized, timely, and trustworthy.

I arrived at my appointment time, and had to wait a few minutes for my technician to finish her nails. She didn't soak my nails before cutting my cuticles and 3 of them bled. I had some extensions glued on, and left the salon with 4 of my fingertips glued to the nail tips- had to loosen them myself. Partway through, she paused to start playing something on her phone (she put an ear bud in at that point also). The finish on one of my nails cracked within a few hours. The length and shape are perfect, so, at least that =)

I was hesitant to try this place considering some of their one star reviews in recent months but decided to give it a try. I got ANC dip done by Ester and she was incredibly thorough and checked in during the process to make sure I was happy with the progress. I have short nail buds and did not want tips so she did the best she could and I’m thankful. For the price and the experience with Ester, I’ll most likely be going back!

Maya is very professional and always does a good job. I am always pleased with her work and she is very good and very knowledgeable about the business.
