I never thought I would have to write a review like this, but I feel genuinely heartbroken and disappointed, and I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid going through the same thing. I went to Cosmopolitan Salon in October 2025 for a keratin treatment with Maricela. I had trusted her with my hair for a long time—haircuts, coloring, everything—and she always did a beautiful job. Because of that trust, I spent the savings I had been putting aside for six months, hoping to finally treat myself to something that would make me feel confident and happy. Missy scammed me out of $450. She was supposed to order real human hair extensions for my 17 year old for her senior pictures and prom. Instead she ordered synthetic hair that doesn’t match her color and because it’s synthetic, we can’t change the color to match better. When confronted about it, she refuses to refund and now won’t return messages.

I absolutely love the quality of service and the end results. From the time I booked my appointment I was greeted well. The hairstylist was conscious of what I wanted as far as hair color (which I only came in there for) And she did a great job. Bottles of water are served for your convenience. Overall great experience.

They did my daughter's hair for homecoming and did an amazing job! They are fairly priced as well!
