I truly love the staff. I always leave laughing or smiling with the product I went in to get. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about their products.❤️ They always keep us updated with the new classes coming out and the new products coming out. Love this store and staff❤️Terri and Dana are the best❤️❤️❤️

Went at 12:20 on a Saturday - sign on the door-closed for lunch from 12:30 - 1:00….ok - it was 12:20. Went back at 1:30 - spent $92 ……the girl handed my receipt and walked away…I said “no bag”?? She replied “we don’t have bags” and just kept walking away. Really?? This is why people stray.

They are always so helpful and nice when I go in the store.

Rest assured that Whatever you are looking for will likely not be in stock and they will tell you that it’s on the truck and will be here Wednesday, but then you make the trip again and they don’t have it! The staff also does not honor sale flyers if they don’t ring up right in the computer…Even if the sale is still active! Go elsewhere or order online!

Usually I love this store. I find the staff very pleasant. My problem is due to an order that I placed on November 15, 2018. There was a product in the monthly sales ad that they didn't have in stock. They offered to order it for me. Fine. They did. Well after a week. I called to check on the order. They didn't have it. But, just received a shipment and they had to check in freight. Was told to call back another day when they had time to go through everything . Ok that was fine. I was a little put off but trying to be understanding of their process. Called back the next week. Same answer. Called back the next week. We never received it. There is a missing box. We have to re-order it for you. Called back again Tuesday December 16. Received truck. Have to check in freight. I let it go.
