The woman I just spoke with was very rude. I ran an emergency errand for my boss who owns her own independent salon. I walked in with a list and she offered to help. She asked if I was a licensed professional and I said no I work for one. She told me unfortunately I couldn’t shop there which I understand completely, however she continued to patronize me once I said I understood and I would have to call my boss for a back up plan. I felt like I needed to defend myself because she would not stop saying things to me and was really defensive. I then said the only reason I’m here is because she’s an hour north and couldn’t leave. She then said “I have to drive an hour for work and I come down.” Maybe she had a bad day or is sick of people trying to buy those products but we will not be coming h

This store has made a 100% turn around since the new manager has taken over. I've been going to this store for years and have had less than spectacular experiences with the past staff, the quality of service and the look of the store. My last few visits have been amazing. Star has picked up the broken pieces and put them back together nicely, its a joy to shop here now!! Great job !!

Kicked out of this store because I had a toddler with a ball. I just wanted to get in and out quickly with the things I needed. Manager could have helped me but instead told me to leave because my son was irritating her with his playing. Really a bummer.

Just got signed up and registered today and had a great first experience! Thanks, Kane, for being so friendly and welcoming to a relatively newbie esthetician. Great advice on product selection too, I'll be back.

Such a horrible place. The manager is Rude, Like in your face rude. I asked about a certain product and one of the workers turns to her co worker and both girls start talking about me while im standing right there. Very unproffesional place to shop. management sucks.
