I have been going here for a very long time and I have never had a negative experience. Every staff member I have come in contact with is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Returns are easy, looking up your account and making changes is never a hassle. They are eager to please!

This is now the 2nd time I called in an order for pick up and the person taking my order had no idea what I was asking for. ANYONE in the hair industry knows the difference between back bar & retail. So when I call in an order for a product and say retail……they should know what size I mean! Apparently not for the staff at Cosmo prof in whitehall. When the staff asks me what I mean by ‘retail’ ??? Really???? Have they not worked in retail business??? Are they not trained??? So sad! So frustrating

Girls are great but they are having issues with getting products in to shop..looking for color and they always out of certain colors ..on back order all.the time

They usually have what you need in stock. Staff across locations are generally helpful but sometimes lack specific knowledge about products. Computer systems and credit card terminals are antiquated which can result in delays. Locations are convenient. In all the years I've been coming to Cosmo retail locations I've only had 1 truly bad experience. Dealing with corporate in regards to having an actual rep stop by the salon is a frightening experience though. Really, dealing with their corporate staff in any capacity is a waste of time as you get no real answers and policies run counter to good common sense and solid, fundamental business practices.

Been going there for almost 30 yrs. Great store, very neat and clean. Mgr. Tammy is the best!! Love her!! Helpful, knowledgable and all around great girl!! Entire staff is nice and helpful as well. All around I have nothing bad to say :) 💇💅👍
