Raquel and Diedra are just the best and I love talking with them when I go in. They always accommodate my schedule when I'm in a super hurry too, I just adore them for that.

Raquel and the girls at Wenatchee Cosmo Prof are simply the best. Raquel goes out of her way to assist. and she always makes time to say hello. Keep up the good work ladies.

The gals are super helpful and knowledgeable. Wife was looking for specifics as I was looking for a new brush.

When it was at East Wenatchee location, the sale person was extremely nice and friendly. But then when they moved to the new location the owner was so rude and racist, wasn’t friendly at all. She didn’t want to sell me anything even tho I have the membership. Not recommended especially when you’re the owner you’re supposed to treat customers in any ethnicities with respect

I love the brands and products sold in this store… Unfortunately today when I went in to buy something I needed I had the worst costumer experience of my life. The older lady named Ellen who we encountered was terribly unprofessional. She yelled at me and my friend and refused to sell us the product. She did not guide us on how to open an account, she simply left the front desk and walked away when we were asking her how to open an account. She simply said to figure it out and she didn’t care. She gave us attitude. My friend asked if there was someone else with better costumer service available to assist us and she said she was the only one. Even though there was another employee in the store. When we finally left because we simply couldn’t reason with her, she said in a sarcastic voice “h
