every time i’ve been here has been wonderful. except the last time, i entered the store 15 minutes before close and the woman yelled from the back “we close in 2 minutes” which was false. i was out of something from my salon and was already waiting in line with the product when she yelled. it was an emergency so i only had my license and had not signed up for an account yet. the woman reprimanded me rudely for not having an account yet even though it was my first time there. she was just horrible, miserable and over all awful. i work in customer service and would never speak to someone that way.

No complains on the staff, the girls that work here are usually very sweet and try to be helpful but store hours are a nightmare. I drive 1h+ to get here at the time they are supposed to be open and more times than not they are opening late, closed out early or out on break and not back on the time showed at the door. Is very inconvenient and annoying. I wish I had somewhere were I could buy what I need so I didn't have to waste half my morning or evening just waiting around.

Love my CosmoProf!!! The employees at Washington Pa store. ...they're all so friendly and helpful! And I gotta say. ..you don't get personal calls from anywhere anymore to let you know about upcoming sales, but they actually call all their members! Makes you feel special lol!! And the brown haired lady that's worked at this store for a long time. .... she is the sweetest ever!

This store has an awesome staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and a great selection of products for stylists and salon owners. Have great deals each month for most brands. You will not be disappointed. Smaller store but the service and staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. Highly recommend

The manager Anita has had my back since day 1 when I was in school and still does she's amazing that's why I continue to shop there 3 years and counting
