If I could give this place 0 stars for unprofessional behavior. I’m a woman of color and as soon as I stepped foot in this store an older caucasian woman with short white hair to be exact yells across the store to asked if she could help me but not in a good way. I responded I was just looking for a specific hair product. Then I proceeded to keep walking. Just to point out, there are other customers standing in her line witnessing this and others in the store that can hear her because she’s so loud. Anyway, I proceeded to walked down an aisle and she yells mam, do you have a license? I said no. She says , you can’t purchase anything. I did go back in a 2nd time just to asked if they even sold the product so I could atleast tell my hairstylist but then I thought to myself, after this lady’

If are POC do not shop here!!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here i can’t purchase a brush with out a Cosmetology License who great idea was that? a older white lady was ahead of me didn’t here her get ID i wonder why….

Great Service. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Remember you have to be a licensed cosmetologist or stetician to purchase at this store.

Donna was FANTASTIC and helped me pick out a new set of shears. Shes also super personable and a blast to speak to. 11/10 <3
