The lack of professionalism here is insane. To share my experience here, Christina F. the manager never greets customers with a welcoming and ready to help attitude. She rolls her eyes constantly at customers, talks in a monotoned voice like she just wants to leave, and talks badly about customers to other customers. I am honestly overall disappointed at this location, anytime I walk in i’m greeted from the back of the store and on multiple occasions i’ve seen two workers sitting in the back just on their phones or talking to each other. Its ridiculous, I understand when its slow there isn’t much to do but cleaning usually is always an option and by the looks of it the have plenty of things they could clean including their backroom if they are going to keep the door open. As a licensed beauty professional, ive been shopping here for years. It's made me a very happy customer to see them bring some higher end lines in like color wow and k18. This particular location is near and dear to my heart because everytime I have my son with me they offer him a little toy for behaving while I shop. You wouldn't believe the time this little offering buys me for the rest of the errands I have to do for the day. Really touching to see a business supporting moms. I appreciate it so much and it makes a trip to the beauty store extra special!

First time coming to the Victor Cosmoprof. Won’t be returning. Older woman at the counter named Christina F didn’t greet me didn’t smile, just stared at me didn’t ask how she could help me. Nothing. It’s like we were having a staring contest… I was picking up an online order. She failed to mention that they didn’t have enough of the color I requested in stock. Not sure why people are employed at professional establishments if they lack professionalism. Your employees create your reputation.

Always friendly and very, very, helpful but unfortunately today I called 3 times at different intervals after placing an order for pick up and no one answered. I left a voice message, with my number to answer a question I had re my order, but no one returned my call. I assumed that they were busy, but I would have been content to hold. Just a bit disappointing because i have always been very happy with the sales associates and the customer service i have experienced in the store.

I recently visited this location and as soon as I walked in an older woman made a snarky comment to me saying this store was for professionals and that I needed a license. I never received a welcome or any greeting. Just a snarky comment. So I ignored her. I got what I needed and as I was looking around she asked me if I had a liscense and promptly reiterated her statement. She didn't even ask me if I needed help finding something. Little did she know I was visiting from LA and working on a celebrity photoshoot.
