Cosmo Prof

I adore our local Cosmo Prof, it provides us hairstylist with the products we need! The manager Valerie is absolutely incredible and so very helpful. Happy to have this establishment in our town.🥰❤️🎊

This store needs to be shut down!! My wife has been going here for years but we are sick of it!! The employees are always new, and always have no idea what they are doing!! Store is empty, messy, and the manager is rude. They need to fire that manager and hire people that can actually do their job. We WONT be coming back.

When I get to Cosmoprof from the coast, it’s usually around lunchtime, and the guy has to close it for an hour to get his lunch. It’s very difficult for me to shop there. The store is empty and I find it not a very friendly place.. It used to be wonderful and I would always shop there, but not so much anymore. But I go to the Alameda Cosmoprof and they’re wonderful there and they have a lot of products so I do still shop at Cosmoprof. Just not the Ukiah one.

My sister and I came here few weeks ago, they told me they couldn’t return our items because they didn’t know how.. No one knows how to return items in their own store??? Talk about incompetence.. It’s a mess every time we walk in.

Store is always empty, none of the employees know ANYTHING and there’s a new manager every week who is just as clueless. The taller person with curly hair is a total sweetheart but they all need better training.
