I was having a rough day and I was given wonderful advice and given positive feedback to my questions by a really kind cashier.

One of my favorite locations - I'm usually here or at the West Bloomfield location. Becca store manager is amazing with giving clients intro bundles. Ask her about the naturals line Maria Nila - you won't be disappointed!

This store is my fav to get my supplies for my salon suite. The girls are always helpful & go above and beyond. Becca is a great store manager!!! She does awesome with her customers!

So much turnover!! What happened to the great service and product availability?! This vendor used to be a top favorite but the constant revolving door of staff and ordering issues along with technology problems(they couldn't "find my account even with my membership number)has been a problem.

The woman in this picture that I’m posting is the manager of this store, her name is Becca. I am a fully licensed hair stylist and I am registered through Cosmoprof, she refused to sell me any products stating that she didn’t believe I was licensed (I AM REGISTERED THROUGH THE STORE). I am reaching out to corporate. Don’t waste you’re time with this woman, she is not fit for “manager” position and has very low education on products and how to run and maintain a store. I see this has happened to others as well. DO BETTER!
