don't normally write reviews but I've completely wasted my time here. There was a notice at the door stating the employee was on break until 3pm, so we waited since we arrived at 2:57pm. Me, my gf, and a gentlemen were politely waiting for doors to open. Meaningless to say, the door wasn't open until 15 minutes later, and the worker was parked right in front of the building watches all 3 of us wait for the door to open. She delayed the opening because she was busy talking to someone in there personal vehicle instead of doing her job. All of us did not walk in or out the building pleased.

Horrible management. Annemarie is unprofessional as a boss and talks badly and blasts personal business about past employees to customers when they quit and move on to better jobs. Pushy on customers and let’s non professionals purchase in store to make a sale when they’re only supposed to sell to licensed beauty professionals. Leaves employees unattended for hours alone to go shopping. They need a new, more PROFESSIONAL manager and assistant manager so the one associate isn’t spread so thin with her work load

Had a phenomenal experience as always at Cosmo Pro with Annmarie who helped me and my friend gather a bunch of products that we needed. Thank you so much as always if I could give you 10 this is I would.

The owner was great, explained the products in her store, made good recommendations, signed my daughter up for her Cosmo card and had good advice for her.

Love this cosmo! I take my daughter in here to pick out her own nail polish colors and to get my hair products the staff are always friendly and accommodating and the prices are great
